La SMAF develops a transversal, collaborative and diverse pedagogy: “the project by the project for the innovative project”.
We train executives, managers and their teams within organizations and trainers as well as university students and schools to creativity, innovation and management by Art methods of creativity, innovation and management by Art.
La SMAF defends and implements a resolutely pragmatic design of training. This means that if all content must be valid on a literary, artistic or scientific work, their approach and their learning are - in the literal sense - by the project, in the project, the project connected to a collective.
Training ourselves to innovative entrepreneurship by the artistic-company demands us to change of posture, to wash off our look of prejudices and especially to learn to take a risk in an uncertain situation. This experience of the project determines and ensures the integration of knowledge and skills through the development of singular talents and situated in a real context. A repository of skills is previously co-built with the clients and the participants. The device will be evaluated all through the experience. A restitution then allows full and positive appropriation, whatever the final result may be.
