La SMAF is a specific consulting, training and project management firm. It aims to support the creation of innovative activities with an approach of an artist-company. La SMAF stands for Sense-making-Metaphoric-Artifact-Firm.
In a socio-economic context of globalized transition, technological advances are not enough to create innovation. Management faces situations of uncertainty to which it is not always prepared. For La SMAF, the development of new and beneficial activities for the organization and its stakeholders is possible through experimentation of new forms with new processes.

Missions
Consulting, research and action, training and production: La SMAF designs, develops and realizes interventions on its own initiative or upon request from organizations of all types, companies, local authorities, public institutions and non-profit organizations, which question the meaning of their action and wish to define, adopt or implement an innovation, change or mutation policy.

Common artwork: design, production, exhibition and communication of a common artwork from the census and analysis expertise of the company and the acquisition of new.
