CONSULTING AND SUPPORTING
Resolutely "doing" oriented, La SMAF supports its clients from the expression of needs to the concrete realization of the activity. It develops an approach inspired by the Design Thinking and contemporary art to detect, develop and enhance the human and material assets of the organization and its environment.
METHOD
We work at the intersection of policies pursued by the General Management, Human Resources and Directions of Design and Innovation. On theoretical and practical support built from the social sciences, especially sociology and anthropology, science and management techniques, we propose scenarios for mobilizing a network of actors inside and outside of the organization.
For example, from a comprehensive survey of stakeholders and the sharing of a dynamic mapping of actors, La SMAF offers to provide a common artwork as a temporary business located, to exhibit and share critics.
This creation of assets by the actors themselves can redefine the concept of value within the company or organization and give it its own aesthetics. Thus, it enriches the intellectual capital of the client company and La SMAF’s experience capital. This common artwork then acts as a demonstrator for the company realities and entrepreneurial potential of the organization as a knowledge generator system, skills integrator and talents developer.
The co-production of the artwork can unite the individual identities through the realization of this shared and claimed project. This tangible evidence is then evaluated and demonstrates the outcome of the process. It may then become the basis for a relevant communication.
